There's actually a great deal of radial symmetry and repetition, so
depending on the amount of detail you require, it might be reasonable
to model the tower yourself.  For the middle, create one column and
array it radially to get 24 copies.  Make an arch between two of the
columns and array that too, then array the result linearly to get a
stack of six.  The bottom and top can be made from radial sections,
too.  Finish by cutting out doors and windows, then lean the whole
thing over a little.

If the object is to, say, drop a cannonball and a pebble from the top,
this might be more than adequate.
